Green Peas
Recipe Ingredients:
1½ tsp- Oil, 2 chopped Onions, 6 minced Garlic cloves
1 tbs crushed Green Chilli-Ginger, 1 chopped Tomato
1 tsp Garam Masala and 1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tbs Red Chilli Powder, pinch-Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste, 1 cup green peas
2 tbs Lemon Juice and Sugar, water - 1/2 cup
1/4 cup Coriander -to- garnish
Method:
Heat the oil into the pan
Add chopped onion,minced garlic, tomato, crushed Green chilli ginger and
heat it for 3 mins
Add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric
Add green peas and mix well
Add sugar, lemon juice and some waters
Stir them properly and sprinkle Coriander on it
Serve hot

The Green pea is most commonly the small spherical seed or the seed-pod of the pod fruit Pisum sativum. Each pod contains several peas.
Green Peas are starchy but high in fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals, and lutein. There are many Iso-flavones present in dried peas prevents health conditions like prostate and breast cancer.
